At Amaji Group Pty Ltd, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below, designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, with all labels and components intact.
  • A return request must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Please note: the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customised or personalised items.
  • Health or hygiene products that have been opened.
  • Digital products or downloadable software.
  • Gift cards.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@amajigroup.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorisation and provide instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will arrange a refund or exchange, based on your preference.

Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

  1. Refunds
  • Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
  • Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Note: Original postage and handling fees are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges

We will gladly exchange items that:

  • Are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Are reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges for items returned due to a change of mind may be subject to a 15% handling fee.

  1. Warranty

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty exclusions include:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.

This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act and does not limit your statutory rights. If a product is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
